
Eating on Mass Plex:
The macronutrients are detailed on the Mass Plex Diet Plan. this takes the guesswork away from eating for mass. The best foods that compliment a mass building diet are below.
Fats
Fats are needed in any diet as they help raise hormone levels and create a muscle building environment fats are also essential for skin and joint health, when lifting heavy and doing compound movements joint health is essential.
Eggs: Eggs are great for raising testosterone and creating an anabolic environment.
Rule 1 - Eat 2-3 Whole eggs daily; try to have these at breakfast with the first capsule of Mass plex; fats help metabolism of Mass plex.
Steak: Again Red meat particularly steak is the most anabolic food available.
Rule 2- Eat red meat at least 5 times per week whilst using mass plex.
Fish: Fish is rich in good fats omega 3,6 and 9; these healthy fats will stabalize blood sugar levels and are also essential for cognitiona and improved hair and skin conditioning; the positive effects on joints make fat rich fish an essential food to any mass building diet.
Rule 3- Eat fish at least every other day, go for fat rich fish sources such as salmon and meckeral.
Carbohydrates
Low G.I: Eat quality Low glycemic index carbohydrates throughout the day, stick to quality carbohydrate sources like oats, brown rice and sweet potatoes to provide steady energy supplies and stable blood sugar levels.
Rule 4- eat low G.I carbohydrates during the day and before training.
High G.I: Eating high glycemic index carbohydrates is not advisable during the day but can be beneficial upon waking and are most important after training, this creates an insulin response and forces the body into an anabolic muscle building state.
Rule 5 - consume a high carbohydrate drink after training with a high G.I rating.
Rule 6 - Consume 10-20g of high G.I Carbohydrates upon waking.
Proteins
Protein is the most fundamental macronutrient for building muscle and repairing damaged muscle tissues after intense training.
Rule 7 - Consume protein every 2-3 hours to provide a constant release of amino acids to the body to facilitate optimal recovery and growth.
Rule 8 - After Training consume a protein rich drink, having a post workout shake mixed with water will give the body a fast source of protein, make sure that your protein powder contains some whey protein isolate as this is the fastest digesting protein available
Rule 9 - Upon waking have a protein shake, whilst sleeping your body is deprived of valuable nutrients consuming 10-20g of protein in liquid form upon waking will provide the body with these nutrients at the fastest rate possible. p>
